Service description

Zayac is a mobile social party game. The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, in-app round rules, and availability without notifying each user individually.

Account

• play requires Apple or Google sign-in;
• you are responsible for access to your account;
• you may not transfer the account to others;
• your display name must not impersonate another person or a DigitalTouch representative.

Conduct

You must not: wreck games by quitting at a critical moment without reason, insult other players, use third-party software for an advantage, or attempt to break the service. Violations may lead to account limits or deletion.

Gameplay

Round results are determined by server logic (roles, votes, scores). If the connection drops, the app’s reconnect rules apply. We do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability.

Intellectual property

The Zayac / Заєць / Заяц name, design, illustrations, texts, and code belong to the rights holder. Copying and distribution without permission are prohibited. Zayac is a standalone mobile game by DigitalTouch, not part of another tabletop brand.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties. We are not liable for lost game progress due to technical failures, other players’ actions, or indirect damages from using the app. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any payments exist).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or delete an account for violations of these terms.
